Dr Munesh Kumar is Associate Professor in the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources, H.N.B. Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India. He also served at Mizoram University (A Central University) as Assistant Professor in the Department of Forestry. His area of research interest is Forest Ecology and Biodiversity, Carbon sequestration and Ethnobotany. Dr Munesh Kumar, obtained his M.Sc and PhD degree in Forestry from H.N.B. Garhwal University. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 130 research papers in international and national journals. Dr Kumr has published 03 book. He has supervised 05PhD scholars and 23 Masters students. Dr Kumar in Guest Editor for two issue of Land (MDPI) and Guest Associate Editor for Frontiers in Forests and Global Change and Frontiers in Environmental Science. He is also Review Editor for Frontiers of Climate Risk Management and Academic Editor (PLOS-Climate).
